Dave is a seasoned Program Management with deep roots in technology, who believes that strong teams built on trust, collaboration, and agility drive the best results. He began his career in the early 1990s in software development and technical support, including roles at large companies like Microsoft and Sony. An entrepreneur and consultant, Dave has helped small and large businesses optimize their workflows, technology stacks, and project execution.
He also brings a passion for history and community engagement. He served as Executive Director of Downtown Marceline Foundation in Walt Disney’s hometown of Marceline, Missouri and has been active in many heritage-preservation organizations like the Carolwood Foundation, Culver City Historical Society and the Bodie Foundation, to name just a few. His background also includes hands-on experience as a Tour Guide and Steam-Locomotive Engineer at Disneyland, combining a love for technology, storytelling and operational execution.
